Nik Daubert directs Pacxa’s day-to-day operations in order to achieve optimal organizational productivity and performance. He establishes and maintains functions and strategies across the company and within its units that advance Pacxa’s overall strategic objectives.
Nik has more than 18 years of experience in operations management, previously serving as the VP of Deposit Operations at Hawaiʻi National Bank. During his time at Hawaiʻi National Bank, he instituted and developed the bank’s ebanking department, going on to oversee all customer-facing channels and business units. Nik earned a B.S. in Information Computer Science and an MBA from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa.
