State of Hawaiʻi digital transformation benefits employees, citizens, and state budget

The State of Hawaiʻi had a decentralized IT structure and its 13 agencies ran a wide variety of email platforms and productivity software. Pacxa was engaged to establish an enterprise-wide Microsoft Active Directory to connect all state agencies. The project evolved to a broader digital transformation to build on Active Directory by including messaging and document management, with all elements meeting government compliance requirements for 12,000 employees.
