To show our appreciation, both you and your referral will receive up to $1,000 in rewards. That’s $1,000 for you and $1,000 for your referral after the first 180 days of service.
FAQs
All current Pacxa customers, excluding government entities.
Organizations seeking Managed Services on a monthly recurring basis, excluding government entities, current and former Pacxa customers, and organizations engaged in Pacxa agreement negotiations.
Both you and your referral will receive up to $1,000 in account credits. That’s $1,000 for you and $1,000 for your referral.
Rewards are earned based on the referral organization’s full-time employee count as follows:
- $100 for 1-10 employees
- $300 for 11-50 employees
- $500 for 51-200 employees
- $1,000 for 201+ employees
Account credits are issued after the referral’s first 180 days of service. Our Accounting Department will contact you when your credits are issued.
Credits are automatically applied to the nearest invoice. Should there be unused credits after application to the initial invoice, remaining credits will be applied to the following invoice, and so forth.

No, referrals are unlimited.
Guidelines
The company, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to edit or cancel the program, at any time, with or without notice.
Account credits are non-transferrable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash. Credits do not expire.
Should the referral cancel their agreement before the first 180 days of service are completed, no rewards will be issued.
The organization (referrer or referral) must be a current customer on the date the rewards are issued. If the organization is no longer a customer on the date of issuance, the rewards will not be issued.
