HONOLULU—Pacxa, Hawaiʻi’s premier technology provider, today announced the promotion of Geary Chun to Executive Vice President of Consulting Services and Bret Peavy to Vice President of Sales and Business Development.
As Executive Vice President, Chun will lead Pacxa’s Consulting Services unit, handling key enterprise customers and technology partners. With a decade of experience at Pacxa, Chun brings more than 25 years of technical experience and extensive IT consulting knowledge. Prior to joining Pacxa, he held management positions at Commercial Data Systems, Oracle Corporation, and KPMG Peat Marwick. Chun earned a B.A. in Computer Science from the University of California Berkeley and an M.B.A. from the University of California at Los Angeles.
As Vice President, Peavy will oversee Pacxa’s sales and business development operations. Peavy is one of Pacxa’s longest tenured employees with history dating back to one of the company’s former entities. His area of expertise is enterprise IT sales, focusing on bleeding edge technologies from industry leaders such as Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Peavy holds comprehensive experience in technology sales geared towards the healthcare, financial, and federal sectors. Peavy studied Business at Northeast Louisiana University.
