Associate Account Manager

The Associate Account Manager serves as a liaison between Pacxa and a targeted list of customers.  The Associate Account Manager develops and maintains relationships by coordinating actions between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs.

Responsible for coordinating and supporting projects with various degrees of complexity and scope. Associate Project Managers will assist experienced Project Managers.  May serve dual roles to not only manage projects within authority level, but also be responsible for delivery of services as a result of the scope of assigned projects. Assists in the definition of project scope and objectives, performs business analysis and helps create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Works in conjunction with project owners to ensure quality service delivery. Strives to maintain and foster successful relationships with internal customers in the organization

Assist with distribution of project tasks and responsibilities to appropriate areas. Ensures that the project team responds to and addresses inquiries and customer requests in a timely manner and  helps coordinate project resources appropriately. Reports and escalates project issues to management as needed.

The Project Manager will ensure the project team responds to and addresses inquiries and customer requests in a timely manner. Also ensures all project resources are appropriately utilized.

The Senior Developer identifies business needs, provides project management and hands-on implementation support for new IAM applications. Must be team oriented, able to identify high-level functional and technical requirements, interact with project managers to plan project schedules, provide quality assurance review, and be willing to learn new technologies. Additional duties include architecting/designing software solutions, leading teams of developers (both onshore and offshore), conducting code reviews and developing and enforcing coding standards.

This role performs enterprise level technical analysis, design, installation, maintenance, and modification of client’s computer systems focused on managing user identities and user access to system resources.
