The Senior Developer identifies business needs, provides project management and hands-on implementation support for new IAM applications. Must be team oriented, able to identify high-level functional and technical requirements, interact with project managers to plan project schedules, provide quality assurance review, and be willing to learn new technologies. Additional duties include architecting/designing software solutions, leading teams of developers (both onshore and offshore), conducting code reviews and developing and enforcing coding standards.

This role performs enterprise level technical analysis, design, installation, maintenance, and modification of client’s computer systems focused on managing user identities and user access to system resources.

Primary duties include the assignment and escalation of support tickets related to technical solutions such as computer desktop and network troubleshooting, updating the ticket’s priority/status, organizing Technician schedules to ensure the schedules are efficient and productive, and following up with clients and team members as necessary. May be called to perform remote troubleshooting on incoming support requests. Investigates and resolves computer software and hardware problems and provides application software testing for standard desktop applications and business unit applications. The Technical Team Supervisor is accountable for training, documentation, best practices implementation, and process optimization. This individual is also involved with evaluations, recruitment, hiring, and overall business strategy. Will serve as a resource to assigned team members and offer technical expertise and share knowledge to a range of scenarios. Will be an escalation point for issues that cannot be resolved by the Support Team. May be required to perform Support Team responsibilities as necessary.
